JOIN OUR TEAM

Humble Skatepark is volunteer powered. Since 2002 Humble Skatepark has been serving the skateboarding, inline and bmxing communities through a dedicated team of volunteers. In that time we have seen over 5000 skaters and their families visit the park. In exchange for their valuable service, our volunteers earn credit and become eligible to receive the Jay & Sally Mincks College Scholarship.

Volunteers must commit to:

1. 250 hours/year of volunteer service (5 hours per week)
2. maintain a "C" average in school
3. maintain a drug and alcohol free lifestyle
4. attend our weekly volunteer staff meetings on Thursday night (volunteers who attend the staff meeting receive a free skate session after the meeting.)

As well as working towards the scholarship our volunteers receive additional perks including discounted skate sessions & merchandise at the skateshop as well as becoming eligible for sponsorship on the Humble Skatepark Team. We believe faithfulness is the cornerstone of character.
